This review and examination will focus on, but not be limited to: 1) Increasing the operator's (retailer's) commission from its current 30% of the definite profit. 2) Modifying the requirement on the operator (retailer) to pay up front for the entire batch of pickle cards when delivered. 3) Increasing the prize payout for winners.
